We selected 4 cakes according to our instagram story poll to do a sliced cake sale on 16-18/1, so you may enjoy all of their flavours at once!

(1) ﹝autumn dusk🍂﹞vegan pumpkin gingerbread cake 🎃
calling all our friends who like ginger and spices! mochi and cookie crust also gives an pleasant variation in texture☁️

(2) ﹝vineyard🍇﹞vegan baked cheesecake with balsamic roasted black grapes and rum raisin🍇
gluten-free. our homemade vegan cream cheese is made by fermenting cashews with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, creating a nutty and tangy flavour. we then roast black grapes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and thyme for a rich, sweet grape flavour and to get rid of the sourness in the skin! 

(3) ﹝fallen leaves🍂﹞vegan hazelnut cake with poached pears
This cake features Concorde pears poached in spiced white wine, pairing just right with our homemade vegan hazelnut cream!

(4) ﹝meteor💫﹞vegan black sesame & coffee cake
black sesame and coffee both have a deep roasted flavour☄️
we're using vegan feuilletine, a very thin crispy pastry, for our our crunchy layer, and coffee warabi mochi for a soft, chewy layer
this cake is made of deep roasted flavours and balanced textures!

(5) vegan tiramisu (🎊new product🎊)
tiramisu is a widely loved Italian dessert and we've tried for a long time to create its vegan version. After successfully creating vegan lady fingers a while ago, we worked hard on balancing the coffee, liquor, and the cream. finally, we'd like to launch our take on this classic dessert with this sliced cake sale for you to try. (apologies for not having pictures taken yet!)
