Our cakes are available until the end of August, so this will be our second last sliced cake sale!

(1) ﹝seaside 🏖️﹞vegan mango & coconut cake 🥭
we mix in soy cream to coconut cream so the coconut flavour isn't overpowering. the mild coconut flavour brings out the sweetness in mangoes!

(2) ﹝summer dreams💭﹞vegan pistachio mousse cake with mango [gluten-free!]
crunchy pistachio feuilletine and creamy pistachio mousse works so well to balance the sweetness and tartness of mangoes!
﹝the canvas✨﹞vegan pistachio & matcha cake
we're using Wakatake matcha from Marukyu Koyamen. Its deep but fresh flavour pairs surprisingly well with roasted pistachios!

(3)﹝autumn dusk🍂﹞vegan pumpkin gingerbread cake 🎃
calling all our friends who like ginger and spices! mochi and cookie crust also gives an pleasant variation in texture☁️

(4) vegan tiramisu
tiramisu is a widely loved Italian dessert and we've tried for a long time to create its vegan version. After successfully creating vegan lady fingers a while ago, we worked hard on balancing the coffee, liquor, and the cream. finally, we'd like to launch our take on this classic dessert with this sliced cake sale for you to try.

our newest combination - homemade blueberry compote, silky smooth tofu vegan cream, and a passionfruit sponge to support them. perfect for the summer!
